Streets of Cranberry is excited to announce the newest tenant to the 107,499 square foot lifestyle retail center. The specialty women's apparel brand J. Jill has signed a lease to join an already impressive roster of shopping and dining that includes LOFT, Talbot's, Old Navy, Rally House, White House Black Market, Yankee Candle, Verizon and Houlihan's.

The Streets of Cranberry was recently acquired by The Davis Companies, a Boston-based commercial real estate development and investment firm. M & J Wilkow, Ltd. was awarded the management assignment of the retail property early in 2019.

"We are very excited to add J. Jill to the Streets of Cranberry," said Marty Sweeney, Senior Vice President of M & J Wilkow, Ltd. "The omni-channel women's specialty retailer will make a wonderful addition to the already excellent tenant mix and will provide another great shopping option for our customers."

"J. Jill is a strong addition to the Streets of Cranberry because they represent a retailer that is in line with our vision for the shopping center," added Mark Bush, Senior Vice President of The Davis Companies. "Our focus has been on brands that are positioned for long-term success and complement the improvements we are making to enhance Streets of Cranberry as a lifestyle destination for the community such as adding public Wi-Fi, accent lighting, center-wide music and transforming our courtyard to an inviting, active space."

J. Jill, which began in 1959 as a catalog outlet, opened its first retail store in 1999. The company describes itself as, "easy, relaxed, inspired style that reflects the confidence of a woman with a rich, full life." Their clothing, accessory and footwear designs are targeted to women in a large range of sizes including misses, petite, women's and tall to provide options for every woman.
