M & J Wilkow successfully closed the acquisition of Triad at Orchard Station in December 2012. Triad at Orchard Station is located in Denver's premier suburban market, the Southeast Suburban Submarket. Metro Denver's Southeast Suburban area is its largest office submarket with over 35 million square feet and contains Colorado's premier office parks including the Denver Technological Center, Greenwood Village, Inverness Business Park, Panorama Park and Meridian Business Park.

The Property is located in Greenwood Village, which is a micro market within the Southeast Suburban submarket - one of the major economic and employment hubs in the Metro Denver area. With a centralized location, Greenwood Village is within 15 minutes of downtown Denver and 30 min of Denver International Airport. The Southeast Suburban Submarket has remained the dominant suburban submarket in Metro Denver due to its location at the confluence of I-25 and I-225, which provides access to a large employment base and outstanding amenities.

Developed by The Madden Company in 1972, the Property originally served as the world headquarters for Johns Mansville, a large Denver-based manufacturing corporation.
