M & J Wilkow announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 11100 USA Parkway in Fishers, IN as part of a joint venture with a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC.
11100 USA Parkway is a 350,000 sq. ft. building located just north of 106th Street in Fishers, IN, along the heavily traveled I-69 corridor. The property is also within a short distance from The Nickel Plate District in downtown Fishers, and the recently developed "The Yard at Fishers District," a 10-acre mixed-use development that provides access to an abundance of restaurants, shops and entertainment options. The office campus itself features attractive tenant amenities, including a cafeteria, an auditorium, a fitness center and a significant amount of conference space. The property covers 39.4 acres of land, including parking.
