In a recent Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) Newsletter, BOMA/Chicago commends M&J Wilkow, Ltd. on their achievement in LEED certification for energy use, lighting, water and material use, as well as incorporating a variety of other sustainable strategies at two office towers located in Chicago's CBD.
BOMA/Chicago publishes a weekly Newsletter that serves as a resource for Chicago's commercial real estate industry. For more than a century, BOMA/Chicago has supported the people who own, operate and manage Chicago's office buildings. BOMA/Chicago's members represent approximately 260 member buildings and 170 companies that provide services to commercial office buildings. Member building make up more than 80 percent of downtown Chicago's rentable building area and nearly 100 percent of rentable space in Class A buildings downtown.
