Gregg J. Wilkow
Executive Vice President, Sales and Acquisitions, Principal
Gregg Wilkow is a Principal and Executive Vice President within the Asset Management Department. Gregg’s responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating new acquisitions, asset management, as well as dispositions and refinancing of existing assets within the portfolio.
Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in 2007, Gregg spent 6 years at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO where he was a Vice President with the Commercial Real Estate Group. During his tenure at LaSalle Bank, Gregg’s experience included functioning as a liaison between the President of the Commercial Real Estate Department and the Line of Business, as well as serving as a real estate lending officer with a focus on project related finance.
As a graduate of the UW-Madison Real Estate Program, Gregg received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He remains an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jordan Wilkow
Executive Vice President, Senior Litigation Counsel, Principal
Jordan Wilkow is an Executive Vice President, Senior Litigation Counsel, and a Principal of M & J Wilkow. He has served on M & J’s Board of Directors since 2021.
Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in January 2023, Jordan was a partner at the law firm Tabet, DiVito & Rothstein LLC, a litigation boutique in Chicago, where he remains of counsel. While at TDR, Jordan successfully represented large corporations and other businesses (including M & J and its affiliated entities) in a variety of complex matters at trial and on appeal in federal and state court. He has substantial experience litigating business partnership disputes, zoning and other land use disputes, professional negligence claims, and all manner of business contract disputes. He also drafted and negotiated numerous professional services contracts on behalf of one of the top ten accounting firms worldwide.
In 2021 and 2022, Jordan was named an Illinois “Rising Star” by his peers in SuperLawyers Magazine. Prior to joining Tabet, DiVito & Rothstein, Jordan served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James B. Zagel in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Jordan earned his law degree from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. He also holds a Certificate in Jazz Performance (piano) from the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, California.

Luke Jackson
Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions and Asset Management
Luke Jackson is an Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions and Asset Management and assists the organization in identifying new acquisitions and development opportunities across the country. Luke is responsible for assisting senior-level staff in the underwriting, due diligence, and financing of new acquisitions.
Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in 2018, Luke worked as a Development Analyst for General Growth Properties, where he was responsible for managing, financing and analyzing multiple large scale development projects.
Luke received a BS in Business Administration from Miami of Ohio, where he was the recipient of both the Jason Todd Evan ’00 Memorial Scholarship and Academic Merit Scholarship.

Matthew Rodgers
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Asset Management
Matthew Rodgers joined M & J Wilkow in 2018 as a Senior Vice President within the Acquisitions and Asset Management team, responsibilities shared within this group include the acquisition, management and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to Matthew’s tenure with M & J Wilkow, he worked within the banking and financial services industry for 17 years at multiple national banks, of which 13 years were spent as a relationship and client manager within the bank’s institutional real estate lending line of business. Activities in this role included new client-sponsor & loan originations, management of an existing commercial real estate loan portfolio, and growth of banking partnerships with existing commercial real estate client-sponsors, which included public and private REITs, REOCs, and CRE Funds.
Matthew’s most recent position was with Fifth Third Bank leading its institutional real estate lending practice on the west coast, based in Los Angeles, beginning in 2010. Prior to that time, he worked for Fifth Third Bank in Chicago from 2008 – 2010, which followed his employment with LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, based in Chicago, from 2001 – 2007.
Matthew has a BBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Matthew participates in multiple real estate associations in Chicago and other markets, and various philanthropic organizations.

Peter Skontos

Peter Skontos is a Vice President of Asset Management at M & J Wilkow where he oversees asset and property management for a portfolio of properties throughout the United States.
Peter was previously in the role of Property Manager at Colliers International and Pine Tree Commercial Realty. He brings over seven years of Real Estate experience to the M & J Wilkow Retail team.
Peter has a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and History from Northwestern University and obtained his MBA from University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business in May of 2019.

Timothy Shields is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management and is responsible for capital sourcing, acquisitions and dispositions and various asset management assignments.
Tim has 24 years of experience in Real Estate. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, he worked as Senior Vice President for Ricker Murphy Development, where he was responsible for development, financing and asset management services for an extensive portfolio of properties.

Martin J. Sweeney

Marty Sweeney is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management for M & J Wilkow. Marty joined M & J Wilkow in 1989 and is responsible for capital sourcing, acquisitions and dispositions as well as asset management for an expansive portfolio of retail and office properties throughout the country. In his 28+ years in the commercial real estate industry, he has been responsible for $1.5 billion of property acquisitions representing 10 million square feet of office and retail space.
A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC), Marty is active in the commercial real estate community. Marty received a BS in Finance from Illinois State University.

John Wiechart

Darcy Kennelly Rutzen

Darcy Kennelly Rutzen is Senior Vice President of Property Management for M & J Wilkow where she oversees strategic property operations and marketing management for M & J Wilkow’s retail and office properties throughout the United States and is responsible for the oversight of the M & J Wilkow brand.
Darcy has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate in both property management and marketing with companies including Simon Property Group, Westfield and Prime Retail. A recipient of multiple ICSC MAXI awards for her work on shopping center marketing campaigns, Darcy is a member of CHIEF – the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders, CREW Chicago, The Urban Land Institute (ULI), a Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, and a mentor for The Goldie Initiative, an organization dedicated to preparing women for senior leadership roles in all sectors of commercial real estate.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Darcy received her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications, and earned a MBA in Marketing and International Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Lynn Reissenweber

Lynn has over thirty years of property and asset management experience in all classes of commercial real estate. Lynn cultivates trusted relationships through collaboration with all facets of asset management, property management, leasing and tenant relations. Lynn has a proven track record of creating value for property owners while consistently delivering financial results. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, Lynn held the role of Vice President of Asset Management for Retail Properties of America, Inc., where she managed the West region for twelve years. Prior to RPAI, Lynn was the Regional Portfolio Manager for Simon, where she worked in various positions for over 20 years.

Marty Liles is the Regional Vice President & General Manager of Southlands Town Center for M & J Wilkow, with responsibility for managing development and construction for the company’s national retail portfolio.
Marty has more than twenty years of experience overseeing a variety of retail assets. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, he served as Vice President of Property Management and Redevelopment for Brixmor Property Group, where he was responsible for the operations of more than 100 shopping centers totaling 14 million square feet of retail space. Marty also held property management roles with New Plan Excel Realty Trust.
Marty received his B.A. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Rachel Williams

Rachel has more than 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining M&J Wilkow in 2017, Rachel previously managed office properties for McKnight Property Management, and multi-family properties for PRG Real Estate.
Rachel currently holds a position on the Board of Directors of BOMA Pittsburgh and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. from Slippery Rock University.

Cheryl Pala is the Director of Investor Services, Office Operations Manager and Corporate Company Secretary at M & J Wilkow. David S. Eisen

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of M & J Wilkow, David oversees M & J Wilkow’s legal affairs. David has broad experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate transactions and joint ventures, involving shopping center and commercial office acquisitions, operations, management, development, leasing, and dispositions.
Prior to joining the company in 1988, David was a Law Clerk for the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and later focused on transaction-oriented corporate finance and real estate transactions an attorney at Holleb & Coff.
David is a graduate of Temple University Law School. He is a broadcasting and journalism graduate, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati. David is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court, Illinois and Texas bars and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His civic and charitable involvement has included Chicago Academy for the Arts Board, Allendale School Advisory Board, National Multiple Sclerosis Auxiliary Board, Chicago Council on Foreign Relations and Homeless Youth Foundation Board.

Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, Andy was the Senior Vice President, Financial Reporting at General Growth Properties and its successor company Brookfield Properties, where he was responsible for the management of the financial reporting department, involved in complex real estate transactions, and served as the primary liaison between external and internal audit teams.

Prior to joining M&J Wilkow in 2015, he was an audit and tax manager for over 10 years in public accounting at CBIZ MHM, LLC.

Craig Benecke

Craig Benecke is the Director of Construction at M & J Wilkow, where he oversees the construction of a portfolio of office properties throughout the United States.
Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, Craig spent nearly two decades working for Career Education Corporation in roles that included Customer Relations, Bookstore and Facilities Management and Senior Project Manager of corporate real estate, where he was responsible for the design and construction of various facilities, including start-ups and relocation projects. Connie Dyer

Connie Dyer is the National Director of Marketing for M & J Wilkow where she oversees property and corporate marketing initiatives for M & J Wilkow’s retail and office properties throughout the United States.
With more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate with companies including The Taubman Company, General Growth Properties (Brookfield Retail Properties) and most recently Horizon Group Properties, she has led marketing initiatives at regional and super regional centers, outlet centers, and iconic mixed-use properties, including Copley Place (Boston, MA), 900 North Michigan Shops (Chicago, IL) The Galleria (Houston, TX) and Oakbrook Center (Oak Brook, IL). She has also been involved in shopping center Grand Openings such as The Streets at Southpoint (Durham, NC), and The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo (Laredo, TX).
