Parker Ranch Center

Parker Ranch Center is a 146,172 square foot shopping center located in Waimea on the Big Island.

The center is anchored by the local Hawaiian grocer Foodland and by local health food store Healthway’s. Initial construction of the property occurred in 1968; however, in 2002 the majority of the center was rebuilt to an architecturally award-winning standard. The property’s unique tenants and ideal location not only serve as a hub for the local community but also appeal to the tourists visiting the resorts along the South Kohala Coast.
