December 23, 2014...M & J Wilkow, Ltd. announced today that it has teamed up for a second time with MetLife to acquire another "Class A" dominant outdoor retail center - the Town Center of Mililani, a 450,000 square foot outdoor retail center located in the affluent, master planned community of Mililani on the island of Oahu, in Hawaii.
Situated in the Central Oahu Region, less than ½ mile from H2 Freeway and Kamehameha (99) Highway, both of which provide direct access to H1 Freeway, which is the main east-west artery on the island of Oahu, the Town Center of Mililani is located on the east side of Meheula Parkway (which is the main thoroughfare between Interstate H2 and Highway 99) and enjoys five access points from the surrounding streets.
The Town Center of Mililani is over 95% leased with more than 80 retailers, including Walmart, Longs Drugs, Times Supermarket, Consolidated Theatres and PetSmart.
