The largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, DICK's Sporting Goods, will open a 49,650 square-foot anchor store on Main Street opening this Saturday, May 19th.
M & J Wilkow, a leading commercial real estate owner and operator, announces the additional of 96,366 square feet of retail and office leasing at Southlands, the state's largest retail destination. The shopping center welcomes six new retail/restaurant tenants, two new office tenants, and the expansion of one of Southlands existing restaurants.
CycleBar, a new concept in premium indoor cycling, offering a high-energy workout in a concert-like atmosphere. The retailer opened in February in a 2,864-square-foot studio on Main Street between LensCrafters and Barnes & Noble.
The Poke Story recently opened in Town Square. The 1,113 square-foot space is the first location for the new restaurant concept serving healthy and delicious poke and Colorado's very first Taiyaki soft serve.
Also, open in Town Square, The Lost Cajun features southern style home cooking, such as fried catfish, shrimp, and oysters. Louisiana Gumbo, Po-Boys and its signature dessert, Beignets. The Colorado-based restaurant chain occupies 2,491 square feet at Southlands.
Colorado-based Innovative Aesthetics opened its 889 square-foot location on Main Street in April 2018. The full-service clinic provides non-invasive cosmetic and skin rejuvenation treatments with personalized, expert skin care and body treatments.
Coming soon to Southlands, Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Specialists will open a 7,684 square-foot office on East State Avenue, west of Kay Jewelers. Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Specialists is widely recognized as the regional leader in comprehensive orthopedic services.
Monsoon Cuisine of India, a local favorite for Indian cuisine, will expand to 3,674 square feet in the coming months.
Additionally, Southlands has added close to 30,000 square feet of office space with the arrival of two new tenants including a government defense contractor and Mastino Management.
