M & J WILKOW, LTD. Takes On New Management Assignment
NAPERVILLE, IL
Chicago-based real estate investment firm, M & J Wilkow, Ltd., has been appointed by suburban developers William Krug and Daniel Murphy in a venture with Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, LLC to act as its third party managing agent and to provide property management services for the venture's latest acquisition, a 329,770 sq. ft. office building located at 1200 East Warrenville Road in Naperville, Illinois.
The former Lucent Technologies Inc. building will undergo a complete overhaul to become an attractive environment for corporations and their employees and visitors. The 1200 Warrenville Road building is conveniently located on the four way interchange of I-88 & Naperville Road. The property benefits from great area amenities provided by nearby Freedom Commons, a retail life-style center development that includes Morton's Steakhouse, Maggianos, and a 40,000 square foot LA Fitness health and exercise facility.
