The Skidmore Owings & Merrill designed office tower is currently over 90% leased to an excellent roster of tenants including PNC Bank, CBS Corporation, The Hartford Group and the law firm Reed Smith. Our investment is expected to benefit from the Property’s central location in Pittsburgh’s Golden Triangle – one of the strongest office leasing markets in the nation - coupled with its magnificent views of the Monongahela River and a to-be developed array of new amenities.
The 20 Stanwix building is managed by M & J Wilkow Properties, LLC. Leasing services for vacant space will be provided by CBRE.
