M&J Wilkow and Capitol Center are very pleased to announce the lease renewal of the South Carolina Budget & Control Board. After lengthy negotiations, the ten-year, 80,000 square foot renewal was finalized this past December. The Budget & Control Board represents the Capitol Center's largest tenant, occupying four of the building's 25 floors.

Columbia's Newest New Hot Spot- Capitol Center!

Capitol Center recently rolled out the newest hot spot in downtown Columbia with the opening of the Wi-Fi area on the Mezzanine level. Improvements include custom rugs, tables and chairs, curving half-walls, hanging ceilings, and plasma screens, all hot, wireless and ready to connect.

Complementing the Wi-Fi area are new custom rugs at the building entrances and the elevator lobbies and a new security desk. Also located on the Mezzanine level and currently under construction is a fully appointed fitness center and building conference room. The good news at the Capitol Center continues with newly-renovated restrooms and common areas on the Mezzanine level with this upgrade continuing on the upper floors.
