Location

Marketfair North is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Routes 31 and 481 in the Town of Clay in Onondaga County, New York. Clay is northwest of downtown Syracuse and is the fastest growing township in the suburban metropolitan statistical area. Directly North of Marketfair is the Great Northern Mall, an 800,000 square foot regional mall.
