Mr. O'Brien is Vice President of Office Leasing and is responsible for office brokerage, consulting and leasing. Mr. O'Brien received a BA in Economics from University of Kansas. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in April 2007, Mr. O'Brien was the Leasing Director for the Chicago Region at Equity Office Properties and, prior to that, was the Leasing Manager for the Chicago Portfolio at ORIX Real Estate Equities. As a 15 year veteran in the office leasing industry, Mr. O'Brien has successfully completed lease transactions having a total value in excess of $475,000,000. In addition to working alongside clients of M&J Wilkow's, Mr. O'Brien has leased assets for Sam Zell and institutional investors such as UBS and TIAA-CREF. Mr. O'Brien is a licensed real estate salesperson, and a member of COLBA (Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association) and CREO (The Commercial Real Estate Organization).
