Mr. Urosevic received a BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in 1993, Mr. Urosevic worked for JMB Realty Corporation in their Institutional Division. Mr. Urosevic is a member of multiple real estate associations in Chicago as well as other markets and he is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Sweeney is Vice President of Asset Management and is responsible for capital sourcing, acquistions and dispositions and various asset management assignments.  Mr. Sweeney received a BS in Finance from Illinois State University.  Mr. Sweeney is a member of multiple real estate associations in Chicago as well as other markets. Mr. Sweeney joined M & J Wilkow, Ltd. in 1989.

John J. Wiechart, Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, identifies new acquisition and development opportunities for M & J Wilkow, Ltd. and its partners and leads the redevelopment, leasing, and management activities for his acquired assets. Mr. Wiechart is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from  University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, Ltd. in 1996, Mr. Wiechart worked for G.E. Capital Corporation where he originated and underwrote debt and equity investments in a diverse range of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Wiechart participates in multiple real estate associations in Chicago as well as in other markets.
