JoAnn Fabrics to open at Crossroads
M & J Wilkow's redevelopment of Crossroads of Roseville Shopping Center in Roseville, Minnesota continues to attract new tenants to its existing line-up of strong retailers. Two new leases have recently been signed with JoAnn Fabrics and Craft and Noodles & Company. These new tenants will join Kohl's, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta Cosmetics, and Lane Bryant at Crossroads.
