M & J Wilkow Announces the Sale and Purchase of Parker Ranch Center (12/20/2007) -- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the sale and acquisition of the Parker Ranch Shopping Center. This retail asset is a 143,051 square foot shopping center anchored by a Foodland grocery store and located on approximately 15 acres in Waimea on the Big Island of Hawaii. The center was built in 1965, substantially redeveloped 2002 and is currently 95% leased. The Seller was an operating company owned by affiliates of CarVal Investors and M & J Wilkow, Ltd. and the Purchaser was an operating company owned by affiliates of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and M & J Wilkow, Ltd.
