The sale of the Parkway Shopping Center, a 213,060 square foot retail property anchored by Jewel Food Store, Best Buy and TJ Maxx, and located on Veteran’s Parkway in Bloomington, Illinois, closed on Thursday September 13, 2007.  The Purchaser is an affiliate of Intercontinental Companies (“IC”), a real estate investment firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.  Affiliates of M & J Wilkow, Ltd. will continue to serve as the shopping center’s Property Manager and Leasing Agent.
