M & J Wilkow Announces the Purchase of Wood Village Town Center (07/19/2007) -- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Wood Village Town Center, a 150,000 square foot shopping center located in Wood Village, which is approximately 12.5 miles east of downtown Portland, Oregon. This retail asset is anchored by a 95,000 square foot Kohl’s Department Store and is part of a retail, office and residential master planned development, which includes a 120,000 square foot Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and a 140,000 square foot Fred Meyer Superstore. The acquisition also includes six outlot sites, which will be developed with another 45,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. M & J Wilkow will be the exclusive property manager and leasing services will be handled by Commercial Realty Advisors of Portland, Oregon.
