M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Crossroads of Roseville Shopping Center. This retail asset is a 360,000 square foot shopping center, which is 85% leased to six tenants and located on approximately 19 acres in Roseville, Minnesota, directly across from the Rosedale Mall. The property was acquired by a subsidiary of an Operating Company owned by affiliates of M & J Wilkow and an institutional investor advised by Heitman Capital Management.
