This retail asset is a 66,041 square foot shopping center, which is 90% leased to 60 tenants and located on approximately 7.5 acres in Kapaa on the eastern shore of Kauai in Hawaii. The center was acquired by a subsidiary of an Operating Company owned by affiliates of M & J Wilkow and an institutional investor advised by Heitman Capital Management.
