M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of 20 South Clark Street, an 87.5% leased, 30-story, 364,874 square foot multi-tenant office building, constructed in 1970 and located on the west side of Clark Street between Madison Street and Monroe Street. M & J Wilkow’s strategic plan contemplates (i) renewing or replacing leases with below market rents; and (ii) leasing vacant office and the first floor retail space facing Chase Plaza.
