M & J Wilkow Announces the Acquisition of 500 Sansome Street

(07/12/2006) -- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of 500 Sansome Street, a 147,989 square foot office building located in the North Financial District of downtown San Francisco. Developed in 1929 and renovated most recently in 2001, this 8-story building is located across the street from the Pyramid Center (also known as the Transamerica Pyramid). M & J Wilkow’s strategic plan contemplates a substantial renovation of the property, as well as the conversion of approximately 3,750 square feet of first floor office space to retail space.
