M & J Wilkow Announces the Refinancing of Marketfair North

On March 1, 2006 an entity affiliated with M & J Wilkow, Ltd. closed the refinancing of the Marketfair North Shopping Center, a 136,989 square foot retail property located in the Town of Clay, New York. Nomura Credit and Capital, Inc. funded a loan in the amount of $14.5 million, replacing a $6.0 million loan held by KeyBank\Orix, as servicing agent. The Nomura loan has a ten-year term bearing interest at the fixed rate of 5.77% per annum, interest only for the first five (5) years. Marketfair North has been owned by affiliates of M & J Wilkow and Cargill Financial Services Corp. since mid - 1998 and continues to be managed by M & J Wilkow, Ltd.
