(12/16/2005) -- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Parker Ranch Shopping Center. This retail asset is a 134,249 square foot shopping center anchored by a Foodland grocery store and located on approximately 15 acres in Waimea on the Big Island of Hawaii. The center was built in 1965, substantially redeveloped 2002 and is currently 82% occupied.
