M & J Wilkow Announces the Acquisition of Vinings Village Shopping Center

(11/14/2005) -- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Vinings Village Shopping Center. Vinings Village is a 61,573 square foot shopping center anchored by a Kroger grocery store and located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The center was built in 2003 and is currently 100% occupied. M & J Wilkow, Ltd. will serve as managing and leasing agent.
