Announces the Acquisition of Varner Crossing Chicago (Sep 7, 2005) --- M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the acquisition of Varner Crossing Shopping Center. Varner Crossing is an 80,466 square foot shopping center anchored by a Kroger grocery store and located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The center was built in late 2003 / early 2004 and is currently 92% occupied. M & J Wilkow, Ltd. will serve as managing agent while Columbia Properties will continue as leasing agent.
