Hundreds of Staff Members in 15 states Assisting Not-for-Profit Organizations in Their Communities
The inaugural M&J Wilkow National Day of Service will launch on Friday, September 9. The program is designed to give back to each of the many communities that M&J Wilkow serves in managing retail and office properties/
Due to the nature of our business in managing office and retail properties around the U.S., we have a unique opportunity to serve our communities in a very localized way," said Darcy Rutzen, SVP of Property Management at M & J Wilkow. "Our staff members live, work, and raise their families in the communities that they serve, and they want to continue to build their relationships in their communities in a unique way. Many of our associates are already involved in their communities in a philanthropic way, so this was just a way of formalizing a program to provide support.
Each property management team has chosen a local charity to partner with and will support that charity by either volunteering their time on Friday, September 9, coordinating the event ahead of time, collective results from the day's volunteer efforts, or donating money.
