With the announcement of a recently finalized partnership, Captivate will officially be extending its network into Pittsburgh. Captivate, Commercial Real Estate's #1 digital media amenity, already has a strong presence in Philadelphia, and is set to have installation at 20 Stanwix Street in Pittsburgh underway by early 2018. 20 Stanwix, often referred to as the PNC Center, stands 22-stories tall in the Golden Triangle, one of the region’s most in-demand office leasing markets.

The deal was done with M&J Wilkow, who own the building as part of a dual venture with DRA Advisors. A Chicago based company, M&J Wilkow purchased 20 Stanwix in 2015, and has since been steadily developing their Pittsburgh portfolio. The firm now owns three properties in the Golden Triangle, most recently acquiring 20 Stanwix’ neighbor: 11 Stanwix. M&J Wilkow has opted into two brand-new Captivate features as a part of the agreement: Custom On-Screen Branding, and The Override Alert Messaging System.

“We’re excited to expand our footprint into Pittsburgh,” said Jeannine Antus, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Sales at Captivate. “Our goal is to bring life to work for these property owners and managers by fundamentally changing the tenant experience and enhancing the property brand through a turnkey and easy-to-own solution.”
